JIH-NC18SM Automatic Slotting Machine is a solution for precision slotting and cutting. This automatic slotting machine is perfect for various industrial applications requiring accurate, consistent, high-quality slots.

The machine is equipped with an automatic feed system for precise cutting. It has a 1250mm feed stroke and supports unlimited length cutting through repeat cycle feed. The saw moves on a linear guideway for stability, and automatic oil spraying enhances blade longevity. The 7-inch touch screen allows for easy operation and settings adjustment. The feed system is driven by a hydraulic motor for consistent feeding, and the machine can store up to 100 size configurations for quick setup. It also records machining operation time and quantity, detects material shortage, and offers multiple feeding options. . It supports a horizontal feeding width of up to 400 mm and a maximum slotting height of 100 mm, which can be adjusted via the touch screen.
