4 AXES ROTARY SPINDLE

  • Angular Head

    • Swivels ±90° left and right, ideal for angular drilling, tapping, face milling, and multi-surface machining in a single setup.
    • Computer-controlled swiveling with a minimum indexing angle of 1°.
    • Equipped with a tool clamp/release button.
    • Integrated spindle ensures high accuracy, low vibration, low noise, and zero backlash.

    • Tilting axis: ±90° (front & back) for versatile milling, drilling, and tapping operations.
    • Heavy-duty tempered base ensures rigidity and long-term accuracy.
    • ISO 30 spindle, max speed 18,000 RPM.
    • 8-tool disk magazine (optional 12-tool configuration available).
    • Travelling column design enhances machining efficiency and precision.
    • X-axis travel options: 3,500 / 4,500 / 5,500 / 6,500 mm.
    • Table type: Vise.
