JIH-I Machinery Partners with Multiple Schools to Cultivate Industry Talents
JIH-I Machinery's industry collaboration program began in 2017, and seven students have stayed on as employees after graduation (currently employed). JIH-I Machinery has partnered with the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, the National Chin-Yi University of Technology、 Taichung Municipal Shengang Industrial High School, and the National Dajia Industrial Senior High School to collectively develop outstanding talents. This collaboration aims to nurture future industry professionals. We also invite schools to visit our factories to learn more about this industry.
The program includes internships in assembly, materials management, sales, machining, and after-sales service departments. Students can have cross-training in different departments during their internships. The internship program comprises four phases: company introduction, training and education, on-site observation, and hands-on practice. Monthly meetings are held, led by department supervisors, to emphasize work precautions, share workflow improvement methods, and strengthen skills.
Bridging the Gap Beyond Campus: Fostering Practical Skills in Students
The collaborative relationship between JIH-I Machinery and the schools not only demonstrates our determination and commitment to nurturing industry talents but also provides valuable practical experience and opportunities for students. Through these collaborations, we are dedicated to exposing students to real working environments, enhancing their understanding of the industry, and cultivating the competitiveness and skills required.
