Introduction to JIH-I Manufacturing Facilities

JIH-I Machinery boasts three professional manufacturing factories ,   Processing Plant,   Saw Table Assembly Plant, and  CNC Technology Assembly Center. These factories showcase our company's manufacturing prowess and highlight our diversified capabilities in the manufacturing field.

There are a total of 80 employees divided across three factories in Taichung, Taiwan:

Factory 1: 264 square meters

Factory 2: 1,210 square meters

Factory 3: 1,771 square meters

 

• Processing Plant (Factory 1)

Our Processing Plant is equipped with advanced production machinery dedicated to the high-quality processing of raw materials, which are then applied to our machinery. Here, experienced and skilled technicians provide a solid manufacturing foundation for our products. 

Factory 1 is equipped with three CNC machine centers , one traditional lathe, two saw blade grinding machine,  band saw, and one radial drilling machine.

• Sawing machine Assembly Plant (Headquarters; Factory 2)

The Sawing machine Assembly Plant serves as a crucial site for product assembly. We have precision assembly lines and well-planned assembly processes to ensure that each product meets the highest assembly standards.

• CNC Technology Assembly Center (Factory 3)

JIH-I  CNC Technology Assembly Center has professional CNC processing equipment and technicians capable of precisely manufacturing and assembling products. We also have specialized software testing personnel to ensure that customers' processing needs are met perfectly, guaranteeing product precision and quality.
