5-Axes Machining Center
JIH-I’s 5-Axis CNC Profile Machining Center features a Syntec 5-axis controller and a 5-axis head imported from Italy. This offers five-sided machining in one operation. Its heavy base undergoes tempering treatment for enhanced strength and accuracy. Equipped with German CAM software and automatic vise positioning, the 5-axis machining process is streamlined. The machine's angular head can tilt A-Axis ±120˚ and spindle rotary C-Axis ±220˚. Thus, it is suitable for angular drilling, tapping operations, face milling, and multi-surface machining in a single setup.
Controlled tilting degrees, precise angle indexing, and an integrated spindle boasting high accuracy, low vibration, low noise, and no backlash contribute to its exceptional performance. Additionally, the machine features a two-layer tool magazine for rapid tool changes,one is for sawblade the other one is for tool. This machine also has specially designed clamping for irregular workpieces, and an automatic clamp moving and positioning system with a crash-prevention function.
